Everything You Need to Know Before We Work Together

Petroleum mandate brokering is a high-trust business. Ask anything.

About the Service

We act as a verified intermediary between petroleum product buyers and sellers. We source, vet, and present mandates — then manage the introduction process with full NCNDA+IMFPA documentation in place before any parties are revealed.

EN590 diesel, Jet A1 / JETA1 aviation fuel, D2 gas oil, D6 fuel oil, and gasoline. We do not work with unverifiable "exotic" mandates.

Both. Sellers use our verification and registration service to get their mandate presented to qualified buyers. Buyers use our qualification service to be pre-verified so sellers take their inquiries seriously.

We work with principals across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. We do not impose geographic restrictions, but we do require all parties to meet documentation standards.

Process & Documentation

You'll receive an NCNDA+IMFPA (Non-Circumvention / Non-Disclosure Agreement with Irrevocable Master Fee Agreement) to sign before any introduction is made. This protects both parties. After signing, we verify your documents and begin matching.

It's the industry-standard agreement that prevents either party from bypassing brokers and intermediaries after an introduction, and it locks in fee arrangements in advance. No legitimate broker operates without it. We sign it with every client before any deal information is shared.

For sellers: a mandate with fresh SGS inspection report (must be multi-page, less than 24 hours old). For buyers: proof of funds or a bank comfort letter. Single-page SGS reports are a red flag and will be rejected.

Verification typically takes 1–3 business days after documents are received. Matching depends on current inventory and buyer pool. We do not artificially rush deals — that's how mistakes happen.

SGS is the world's leading inspection company. Their full inspection reports are multi-page documents that include lab analysis, inspector credentials, and a timestamp. Any mandate presented with a single-page SGS is almost always fraudulent. We reject them immediately.

Fees & Protection

Our Mandate Consultation is $750. Seller Registration & Verification and Buyer Registration & Qualification are $2,000 each. These are flat fees for our verification and matching service — not commissions. Commissions are separate and are paid by the seller after the deal closes.

The seller, after payment is received. Buyers are never asked to pay upfront commissions. Any broker demanding a commission from a buyer before a deal closes is not operating legitimately.

Our service fee covers the work of verification, documentation, and matching — not deal outcome. Like a lawyer who bills for their time regardless of verdict, our fees are earned through the work we do, not contingent on a close. We will always tell you if a mandate fails verification rather than letting it waste your time.

Good question — and the right one to ask in this industry. We sign an NCNDA+IMFPA before any introduction. We require fresh, full-page SGS reports. We follow a documented deal procedure with physical dip test requirements. We do not accept upfront fees from buyers on the commission side. We publish our process publicly on this site. Scammers avoid paper trails — we require them.
